Aspects of Entanglement in Quantum Field Theories

I will start with a brief review on the notion of entanglement in quantum field theories. After an instructive look at the historical development of the field, including the notion of holographic entanglement entropy (HEE), I will focus on a recently attractive concept called “field space entanglement”. In the last part I switch back to the holographic picture of entanglement and try to shed light on what can we learn from HEE?
